For your dining and entertainment needs, you will find enough social happenings at Worawia resort. With small eatery, swimming pool, swim-up pool bar, Melanesian feast night, and close proximity of Port Vila, there's plenty social activities to do around here.
For local traditional entertainment, look no further than Melanesian Feast Night with Kava tasting. Kava is local Vanuatu drink, known for its soothing effects. Experience our ‘earth-oven’ cooked local dishes with traditional dances and music.
The authentic Melanesian Feast Night used to be held on Tuesday or Thursday nights, and attended by guests from other Vanuatu resorts, making it a true social event. Worawia resort guests can attend at specially discounted prices.
However, since 2008 the feast night is now held at Secret Garden place, a short 5-minute walking distance from Worawia. Secret Garden is a 'botanical gardens' place, where you will find Vanuatu flora and fauna on display. It's also an excellent place to learn about Vanuatu history and culture from many local hut displays.

Of course, our swim-up pool bar and poolside bar with a selection of cold drinks with meals or snacks from Alice’s Eatery is open for service daily, between 9:30am and 10pm. And from time to time, poolside entertainment also complements the Melanesian Feast Night. However, if you prefer to eat privately, you can order via the pool bar or reception for delivery to your bungalow.
Worawia bungalows are self-contained and equipped for self-catering. So if you prefer to prepare or cook your own meal, you will find self-catering facilities in your bungalow.
Eating out is also an easy alternative, with many restaurants in Port Vila only 10 minutes drive away. Public transport is readily available and bus stop is right by our side gate.
There's a large number of restaurant offers in Port Vila, all providing good culinary experience and great service, for which Vanuatu is known. While ther are too many restaurants to mention, some of the better knowns are: Mangoes with its tropical themes, Chill Restaurant & Bar's international menu, Vila Chaumieres and Tropic Bistrot French cuisine, Mamu Bar for a quick drink and a meal, to name a few.
No matter what type of dining you crave, you will find plenty of choices in Port Vila.
